Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver hospitality-related projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery while working closely with hotel operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of hospitality projects, upgrade, and rollout.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate with hotel operations teams (Front Office, Reservations, Finance) to align OPERA PMS workflows with business requirements.
• Manage vendors, system integrators, and third-party partners for related deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and operational readiness.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and regular status updates to stakeholders.
