to work directly with our Head of Growth in driving the ridehailing business in Peru. This is a high-impact, strategic role that combines deep analytical rigor with cross-functional leadership.

You will be responsible for identifying and capturing growth opportunities — from optimizing marketing spend efficiency to diagnosing and fixing conversion funnel issues across both drivers and riders.
