Job Title: Project Manager (SAP / Salesforce)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x or 3x office days)
Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • End-to-end management of SAP and/or Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Planning and control of scope, timelines, and risks
  • Coordination between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Monitoring project execution and ensuring defined objectives are met
  • Leading follow-up meetings and project status reporting
  • Managing scope changes and risk mitigation
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and quality of deliverables
