Position Summary

Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of mining projects from studies and engineering through construction and commissioning. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality standards. The Project Manager provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams, manages internal and external resources, and acts as the main point of contact with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Frequent international travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Define scope, objectives, execution strategies, and success criteria aligned with client and company goals.

- Develop and manage project schedules and milestones; monitor progress against baselines and implement recovery actions when needed.

- Coordinate preparation of CAPEX, sustaining capital, and OPEX estimates; oversee budgets and reporting tools.
