Overview

The Project Manager drives customer satisfaction and trust by delivering as planned and communicating proactively. He/she leads the project team and coordinates all the stakeholders by ensuring a correct planning, execution, quality, monitoring and handover, with the use of KONE methodologies and tools. Finally, he/she drives profitability by ensuring contractual fulfilment and reaching financial targets; this is fundamental as the main Project Manager purpose.

• Accountable for project scope, cost, and schedule management, and delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives.
