Reporting to: Program Manager
Direct reports: MEAL Coordinator, Gender, Peace, and Governance Specialist, 2 Project Officers
Budget responsibility: Project-level budget oversight
Relationship management: Consortium partners, government stakeholders, civil society groups, and donor representatives
