Trillium Construction is now hiring a Project Manager in Manhattan, KS.

Our client is a heavy civil contractor in Manhattan, KS specializing in Water Waste Treatment projects across the Midwest. They are now hiring for a Project Manager to work in office full time.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $125k plus benefits like M/V/D, PTO, bonuses, profit sharing, company vehicle, and paid holidays! Relocation assistance up to $10k is also available!

Duties: 

-Lead and manage the full lifecycle of water/wastewater treatment projects, from design and permitting to construction and closeout.

-Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

-Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

-Complete RFI’s, Change Orders, Daily logs / submittals
