Job Description

The Project Manager for Marketo campaign operations oversees intake, planning, and delivery across event and nurture workstreams, ensuring that all briefs, assets, and dependencies are ready for the Marketo Specialists to execute on time and at quality. This role uses Asana to manage 3–4 concurrent projects and acts as the primary coordination point between client stakeholders, creative, data, and the production pod


Responsibilities:

  • Own project intake: collect and clarify campaign briefs, surface missing requirements, and help stakeholders articulate goals, audiences, and success metrics.
  • Build detailed timelines and workback plans in Asana for event comms (roadshows, conferences, webinars) and monthly/quarterly newsletters, plus always‑on nurtures.
  • Ensure all required assets (copy, images, lists, tracking parameters, landing page content) are sourced from the client’s DAM or internal teams before handoff.
