Project Manager - Medical Devices

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medical device product development and lifecycle management . This role involves managing projects with agreed scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for medical device products, from definition through clinical evaluation and launch
• Develop project timelines , operating budgets , and prioritize tasks across workstreams
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliveries to meet customer expectations
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with global teams (R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Quality)
• Drive communications and reviews , including business reviews and project core team meetings
• Manage project budgets and resources accurately and responsibly
• Successfully handle challenges in technology development and new therapy development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• 10+ years of experience in medical device product development and maintenance
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels
• Experience in software/systems/SUD technology within medical devices
• Knowledge of software project management and cybersecurity standards

Experience : 10–12 years

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
