Qualifications
- Lead customer and internal development projects, delivering injection devices from project initiation to launch
- Lateral leadership of your cross-functional and multi-location project teams including managing the customers communications
- Report project metrics, controlling scope, time and budget on regular basis
- Present the project status to customers worldwide as well as to Drug Delivery leadership team
- Close cooperation throughout entire Drug Delivery organization including e.g. supply chain, operations, sales
Qualifications
- A successfully completed technical or science based educational background
- Profound understanding of project management, with several years of experience working in a comparable role; A project management certification (PMP, Prince2, IPMA) is a plus
