Project Manager (MEP Construction)

Role Summary:

A Singapore MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Contractor Project Manager leads the full

project lifecycle, overseeing planning, design, and execution (including drawings, procurement, and

site works), as well as handover. The role ensures that MEP systems meet quality and safety

standards (including BCA and NEA requirements), remain within budget, and are delivered on time

by coordinating closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

Duties:

Involve in managing resources, budgets, schedules, technical compliance, site safety,

commissioning, and stakeholder communication for successful project completion.
