Project Manager MEP - Rcps

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager (MEP) to oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all MEP works, from planning and execution to final handover.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for large-scale multi-storied residential and commercial complexes.
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site MEP activities to ensure quality and compliance with design, specifications, and timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and other internal teams.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and technical specifications.
