Position Overview

This role is responsible for leading high-budget, multi-phase technology programs and large-scale projects with multi-function and multi-region impacts through the full project lifecycle. The Program/Project Manager partners with business, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to align scope, roadmap, and delivery plans; manage dependencies and risks; and provide clear executive reporting to ensure strategic objectives are achieved. The role operates within governance, compliance, and risk frameworks typical of regulated industries (e.g., insurance/reinsurance).
