Role: Project/Program Manager Location: Tepotzotlan, Mexico - Onsite Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to work onsite and serve as the primary bridge between our internal engineering/product teams and a US based Fractional CTO. This role is critical for ensuring smooth day-to-daycommunication, execution discipline, and alignment between strategy and deliveryacross time zones. Required Qualifications Experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership. Experience working with senior technical leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent). Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
