Core Responsibilities

Project Management

· Plan and implement all project management activities (with the Project Director)

· Monitor and report on project indicators (budgets, deadlines, etc)

· Represent Vanguard Properties in all project phases

Project Coordination: Procurement and Construction Management

· Developing and organizing the selection process for service providers

· Lead and coordinate contacts with city and municipal councils, as well as public entities

· Supervision architectural, engineering, licensing, and procurement projects

· Coordination and supervision of construction work

· Coordinating site and inspection teams
