Project Manager (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering

Responsibility: A wide scope of action in projects for well-known market leaders in industrial construction.

End-to-end project responsibility: You will manage projects commercially from costing and tender preparation through to supplementary management and the final invoice.

Project dimension: You are responsible for construction projects with a volume of between €500,000 and €1.5 million.

Technical coordination: You will ensure the quality execution of all trades (including medium voltage, TGA, lighting, fire protection, security technology and building automation).

Communication management: You will conduct confident negotiations with general construction companies and subcontractors.

Quality assurance: You monitor the progress of the project and check CAD plans for their technical feasibility.

Qualifications: You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d).

Experience: You have sound practical experience in project management, ideally in industrial or commercial construction, and are confident in dealing with seven-figure project volumes.

Specialist knowledge: You are proficient in commercial processing in accordance with VOB/BGB and in preparing calculations.

IT skills: You are confident in using industry software and can interpret CAD drawings professionally.

Personality: You have a strong assertiveness, negotiating skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
