Work Arrangement- Client Location, on-site

KPMG India’s Digital Government Advisory (DGA) practice helps government bodies modernize public services through technology. It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.


>> About the role

The Project Manager – Analytics (Civil Engineering) will lead projects within KPMG India’s Digital Government Advisory team, focusing on civil infrastructure planning and execution for government clients. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, designing implementation frameworks, and leveraging analytics to improve efficiency and governance.


>>Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage civil engineering-related projects for government clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop project plans, implementation frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of civil works in alignment with government standards.
  • Utilize analytics and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into civil infrastructure projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.



>>Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in civil engineering project planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and infrastructure standards.
  • Familiarity with monitoring & evaluation frameworks and dashboard analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects effectively.


>>Education:

B.Tech or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.


>>Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil work, planning, and project execution.
  • Exposure to designing implementation frameworks and analytics for infrastructure projects.
  • At least 1 project or 1 year of experience in government projects.


>>Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2
  • Certifications in Project Planning or Infrastructure Management
