Project Manager | Mission Critical

Overview:

HKS Phoenix is seeking a Project Manager to join our Mission Critical team.

Responsible for operational and financial management and oversight of a Practice, including promoting critical strategic initiatives, managing and monitoring financial performance, coordinating staffing and monitoring staff utilization, and assisting with the implementation of growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Participates in strategic, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and financial planning for the practice

Partners with Office Directors and studio leaders as a liaison between the practice leadership and staff, communicating firm and practice initiatives, strategic goals, and priorities

Actively encourages opportunities to incorporate HKS services, expertise and innovation in all projects, while actively seeking opportunities to incorporate HKS best practices, sustainable design solutions, subject matter expertise and resources strategically ...
