End to end project management: Track the full project lifecycle to guarantee on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and premium quality control.
Strategic Liaison: Handle authorities and consultants for the project success with assurance to achieve project optimisation & legal requirements adherence.
Technical Resolution: Spearhead site meetings to troubleshoot engineering bottlenecks and refine construction specifications.
Milestone Optimization: Monitor site productivity against the master schedule, proactively deploying recovery strategies to offset potential delays.
Final Handover: Focus on CCC authorities liaison & ensure it is obtained on time.
