Project Manager

🎯 What you’ll do:

  Lead industrial machinery projects from contract signature to installation at the customer site;

  
  


• 
  

  Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle;

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, software, mechanical assembly, testing, and commissioning;

  
  


• 
  

  Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality;

  
  


• 
  

  Run regular project meetings, track progress and risks, and report status updates to stakeholders;

  
  


• 
  

  Drive technical issue resolution and support decision-making during execution.

  
  

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 
  

  Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or similar;

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing technical projects involving industrial equipment (OEM, integrators, capital goods, automotive, etc.);

  
  


• 
  

  Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and project engineering;

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced or fluent English for global collaboration;

  
  


• 
  

  PMI certification or formal project management training is a strong plus.
