  • Project Management: Serve as the primary Project Manager supporting a ground‑up, 90‑unit wood‑frame multifamily development already in site‑work.
  • Documentation: Maintain rigorous control of project documentation, schedules, job costing, and budget management.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, logs, and high‑visibility reporting with expert‑level accuracy.
  • Safety Compliance: Drive pace, accountability, and follow‑through with internal teams, ownership, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Schedule Management: Anticipate issues, respond decisively under pressure, and manage conflicting priorities without delaying execution.
  • Quality Control: Coordinate seamlessly with the Senior Construction Manager on‑site to align schedule, quality, and daily operations.
