Job Description Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address project-related concerns. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations in Houston. Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have: Proven expertise in managing multifamily construction projects (5 years) Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects in Houston effectively. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals successfully. Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
