Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager and Project manager to lead and manage turnkey interior fit-out projects for top-tier corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality, time-bound commercial interior projects, particularly in office spaces, corporate headquarters, and co-working environments.

Reporting to: Director / Head – Projects

Department: Project Management / Execution

Experience:- 8 - 10 yrs. and above

Industry: Fit-Out Interiors corporate offices, commercial offices, Turnkey corporate interiors,

Candidate Location: Mumbai

Work place: Pan India as per site

Education: Any graduate or interior diploma, knowledge of Auto Cad, Project Management software.

JD Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Leadership: Lead multiple corporate fit-out projects simultaneously from concept to completion.

* Execution Oversight: Supervise site execution with a hands-on approach, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence.

* Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients; manage expectations and provide regular project updates.

* Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.

* Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, control project costs, and ensure profitability.

* Resource Planning: Manage labour and material requirements to avoid project delays.

* Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety guidelines.

* Design Coordination: Liaise with internal design and technical teams to ensure practical implementation of designs.

* Handover: Ensure flawless handover and project close-out documentation.

* Experience in project management and turnkey execution as per Design.

* Must possess Leadership qualities.

* Work experience must be on the actual site, not desk work in offices.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

* Relevant Industry experience in working with prestigious corporate clients.

* Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning and implementation of projects.

* Experience in project management specific to corporate fit-out interiors and turnkey corporate interiors

* Experience in project management aspects including Corporate Interior, HVAC, electrical, MEP, Safety and Security systems.

* 8-10 years of experience in project management.

* Experience of using Project Management Software, Auto cad is a plus.

* Must be willing to travel across India and do pan India level projects.

* Must be in a position to join within a maximum of 15 days.

-Corporate Interior

-HVAC

-Electrical

-MEP

-Security Systems

-Others
