Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver corporate interior fit-out projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, cost control, quality assurance, and timely completion of projects while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects, including offices, commercial spaces, and workplaces
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines; identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, drawings, contracts, and statutory requirements
• Manage procurement, vendor selection, and subcontractor performance
• Conduct site meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at project sites
• Oversee project close-out activities, including snag lists, documentation, and handover

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out / commercial interiors project management
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, MEP coordination, and finishes
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office
