Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute industrial project setups from concept to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in equipment layout, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of industrial project setups, including planning, coordination, and implementation

Develop and review equipment layouts and project drawings using AutoCAD

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Conduct regular site visits to manufacturing locations to oversee progress and resolve issues

Ensure compliance with safety, engineering, and statutory requirements

Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Minimum 5+ years of experience in setting up industrial or manufacturing projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of equipment layout planning

Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, utilities, and plant layouts

Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel frequently to manufacturing sites
