Mid‑Level Project Manager (Job #3013244). Location: Nashville, TN (onsite, flexible hybrid schedule—3 days onsite). Contract to full‑time permanent: 6‑12 months contract with salary conversion to $85,000–$100,000 annually ($40–$48/hour).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and track existing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
Serve as primary point of contact for new project intake requests, prioritizing and allocating resources.
Prepare and deliver weekly detailed project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies.
Collaborate with technical teams to estimate effort and timelines for backlog items.
Maintain transparent communication with cross‑functional teams and leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement best practices.
