Job Description:

The Project Manager – eLearning will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital learning initiatives, including platform implementations, content development, and technology‑enabled training solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with instructional designers, multimedia teams, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure impactful eLearning experiences that meet organisational and learner needs. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage eLearning projects from initiation to rollout, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, learning objectives, requirements, and success criteria
• Coordinate with instructional design, multimedia, and development teams for effective delivery of eLearning solutions
• Oversee content development, testing, deployment, and adoption of digital learning programs
• Conduct learner needs analysis and usability reviews to enhance effectiveness and engagement
• Manage vendor and partner relationships for eLearning development and delivery
• Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Stay updated on eLearning trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve solutions

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in eLearning, EdTech, or digital learning environments
• Strong understanding of the eLearning development lifecycle and learning technologies
• Experience working with instructional designers, SMEs, and multimedia teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments
• Strong problem‑solving and risk management abilities
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies is an advantage
