Role summary

Own end-to-end delivery of MARS physical infrastructure projects—retail kiosks/fixtures, warehouses, offices, labs, and related fit-outs—from concept to handover, ensuring timelines, cost, quality, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for new builds, renovations, fit-outs, and fabrications (kiosks, counters, fixtures, warehouses, offices, labs).
• Translate business needs into scope, BOQ, drawings coordination, timelines, and budgets; run site surveys and feasibility.
• Manage vendors/contractors: RFPs, negotiations, rate cards, contracts, work orders, billing, and change orders.
• Drive on-site execution: civil/interiors/MEP coordination, daily progress tracking, snag lists, punch closure, and handover.
