Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Manager based at our campus in Indore. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all on-campus operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of infrastructure, facilities, and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating work schedules, maintaining safety and compliance standards, monitoring performance, managing resources, and addressing operational issues effectively. The Project Manager will play an instrumental role in upholding the high standards of the campus facilities. The Site Supervisor will be reporting to the Project Manager.
Key roles and Responsiilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and supervise diverse teams effectively.
- Experience in facility management, project coordination, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of safety standards, compliance regulations, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for maintenance scheduling, reporting, and documentation is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution or facility management.
Qualifications
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related fields is preferred.
