Position Overview

Join Duratec’s growing NSW team and assist in the delivery of remediation projects including Heritage remediation projects on construction sites including high rise buildings across Newcastle. You will be primarily responsible for project deliverables and operations, overseeing and coordination of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage construction programs.
• Regular cost forecasts and management of cost controls/reporting for allocated projects.
• Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings.
• Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program.
• Prepare, review and complete subcontractor claims and variations.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
• Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors.
• Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues.
