Project Manager

Ichor Systems is looking for a proactive Project Manager who will end customer commitments and ensure flawless execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is the primary link between our customers and our operational teams, driving reliable delivery, quality, cost performance, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, volumes, quality, and cost targets are consistently met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts between Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning.
• Identify and manage operational risks; develop and execute effective contingency plans.
• Maintain strong daily presence on the shop floor to address issues impacting customer commitments.
