Ichor Systems is looking for a proactive Project Manager who will end customer commitments and ensure flawless execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is the primary link between our customers and our operational teams, driving reliable delivery, quality, cost performance, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead customer projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, volumes, quality, and cost targets are consistently met. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts between Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning. Identify and manage operational risks; develop and execute effective contingency plans. Maintain strong daily presence on the shop floor to address issues impacting customer commitments. Communicate project status clearly and proactively to internal and external stakeholders.
