Project Manager – 32-Storey Student Accommodation Scheme
Location: North Acton
Project Value: £100m
Salary: Circa £95,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £100m, 32-storey student accommodation scheme in North Acton.
This is a significant high-rise development and requires a strong No.1 Project Manager or an established Senior Project Manager ready to take full project ownership. The role will report into a Contracts Manager who will oversee the scheme.
The Role

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a 32-storey PBSA scheme
*
Work closely with the pre-construction team initially
*
Take ownership of the construction programme (Planner assigned to the project, but PM must be capable of managing and updating the programme independently)
*
Drive project delivery from pre-con through to completion
