The Project Manager – Large-Scale Commercial Construction is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and execution of complex commercial construction projects, typically ranging from $20M to $100M+. This role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities include contract administration, subcontracting, procurement, design coordination, client relationship management, scheduling, cost control, and profitability oversight.
