Project Manager

Our client, a leading M&E contractor is working on exciting Data Centre projects and is looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage projects across Singapore & Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• To manage a team of supervisors, workers, sub-contractors and vendors to execute works within given timeframe.
• To resolve site issues with supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, main contractors and/or related third parties.
• To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors' site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.
• To plan, implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
• To monitor work progresses, productivities, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, productivities, qualities and within quantities.
