Project Management

• In-charge of overall development, implementation and completion of construction within scheduled time, cost and quality;
• Plan client's schedules and coordinate for resources, including material, manpower, facility, and consumables, and translate them into effective and efficient project schedules to meet requirements;
• Ensure full traceability of headcount, process, site safety and equipment;
• Ensure process stability and adequate process control;
• Detect resource problem and ensure corrective action executed;
• Liaise with client's representatives and consultants;
• Conduct sub-contractors, suppliers and site staff meeting;
• Ensure strict works and schedule conformance to contractual specifications during construction, before handover and during maintenance period if any;

Legal Compliance

• Ensure legal compliance of all existing policies and procedures to Singapore law;
