Project Manager

A prominent real estate consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their East London team, delivering high-end residential and build-to-rent developments. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting clients through all project stages, from initial design to handover. To be successful in this role, the Project Manager must have prior consultancy experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with residential sector exposure to take the lead on notable projects, supported by a growing team and a clear pathway toward Senior Project Manager. The Project Manager will benefit from full APC support and early client-facing responsibility.

The Project Manager will manage a variety of residential developments up to £50m, including:

• Leading multi-disciplinary consultant teams

• Managing planning, procurement and contract stages
