The project:

The Group Wide Energy Programme (GWEP) is an opportunity to deliver the energy required to power the NDA Mission at reduced cost and make a significant contribution to meeting the Carbon Net Zero 2050 legal imperative. GWEP will also insulate the NDA Group from energy market volatility, as recently experienced due to the Russia/ Ukraine conflict.

GWEP will utilise NDA Group land to deliver a sustainable energy supply which will reduce our scope 1 and 2 CO2 equivalent emissions (c.33% of the NDA Groups c.1m tonnes of CO2e) whilst enabling socio-economic benefits for our stakeholder communities through the creation of clean energy technology hubs.
