The Role

In this role, you will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of IT systems and projects, ensuring smooth execution across planning, implementation, and maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead full‑cycle project management activities, covering budget submissions, procurement coordination, project execution, and ongoing support.
• Oversee system development workflows such as requirement clarification, vendor and user engagement, deployment scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and audit standards, including addressing system vulnerabilities and managing audit‑related risks.
• Support system operations throughout warranty and maintenance phases to ensure service stability and strong user experience.
