In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for operationalizing core role strategies, maintaining and evolving roles and responsibilities (R&R), and ensuring the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) derived from RACI matrices and business unit (BU) collaboration. In addition, you will manage flagship events such as the CM Summit, Sales & CM Summit, and Client Councils, supporting organizational objectives and fostering stakeholder engagement.
