Project manager - Oracle Fusion

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across HCM, SCM, and Finance domains. The role involves managing complex Fusion and DI projects with strong governance, QMS compliance, and a sharp focus on cost, quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will proactively manage risks, ensure post go-live stability, and act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams driving delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Work location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi

Experience : 13 - 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion projects across HCM, SCM, and Finance
• Drive DI projects ensuring seamless integrations and on-time delivery
• Establish and run projects with QMS (Quality Management System) in place
• Perform risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management
• Proactively monitor project health and stabilize applications post-go-live
• Ensure cost-conscious project execution and budget control
• Own end-to-end delivery including scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Track KPIs, prepare status reports, and conduct governance reviews
• Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery excellence

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion projects (HCM / SCM / Finance)
• Proven expertise in managing DI projects
• Hands-on experience running projects with QMS standards
• Strong risk management and issue resolution skills
• Proactive mindset with focus on application stability
• Ability to manage projects in a cost-effective manner
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
