Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial shell build-out projects.

Our client is a full-service general contractor delivering new construction, remodels, and small-scale maintenance projects across various commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage commercial shell build-out projects from pre-construction through closeout.

-Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

-Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure design and execution align with scope and specifications.

-Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

-Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
