Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Eston, PA Role Overview: We are seeking a project manager having 10 years of managing projects, specifically in manufacturing industry Key Responsibilities: Understand scope of project, prepare WBS, prepare schedule Coordination within different departments like production, engineering, quality etc. Conduct recurring meetings with all stakeholders to get updates on status Responsible for quality and velocity of project Project documentation Project plan and tracker Risk identification and mitigation plan Root cause analysis document wherever applicable APQP and PPAP documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or production engineering. 12-15 years of experience in Project Management in Mfg. Industry. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of casting processes (e.g., sand casting) and machining operations would be added advantage. Experience in Project Management Tools (e.g. MS Project) would be added advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills
