Project Manager

Property Developer, specialising in land subdivisions and medium/high density residential projects, are urgently looking for a Project Manager to oversee project delivery, from inception to completion, for both development and construction.

Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, urban planning, or a related field required.

Project Engineer/Junior Project Managers/Development Managers will also be considered.

This role will suit somebody who is looking for long-term growth as well as working on significant projects.
 
Requirements;

• Strong knowledge of DA processes, design management, and consultant coordination.
• Familiarity with construction practices, including budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive them through both planning and delivery stages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Development Phase:
• Manage DA submissions, ensuring compliance with planning regulations.
• Review designs, consultant reports, and planning approvals to enhance project outcomes.
• Coordinate with town planners, architects, engineers, and other consultants to drive project progress.
• Oversee feasibility assessments, budgeting, and project scheduling.

• Construction Phase:
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
• Management of Payment Schedules & Payment Claims
• Ensure site operations comply with safety and quality standards.
• Assist with tender preparation, contractor selection, and procurement processes.
