Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare Project Management Plans and detailed Project Plans
- Perform effort estimation and finalize project budgets
- Review projects at every stage of the project life cycle to ensure adherence to plans
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to motivate team members and support career development
- Prepare and manage project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements
- Identify, negotiate, and manage project resource requirements within assigned projects
- Define and implement project Quality Plans and Risk Management Plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Manage projects to ensure contractual obligations, key deliverables, and outcomes are met
- Coordinate with Senior Managers to ensure work is assigned, tracked, and completed on time and within budget
