Project Manager - Pavements

Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager – Pavements to join a tier-one contractor delivering a landmark $5 billion highway infrastructure project in Queensland .

This is a senior leadership role offering long-term project stability, strong commercial exposure, and the opportunity to work on one of Australia’s most significant road projects.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of pavement works, including:

• End-to-end management of pavement construction packages
• Program, cost, quality, and safety performance
• Leading and mentoring project teams, engineers, and site staff
• Managing subcontractors and supplier relationships
• Stakeholder engagement with clients and key project partners
• Driving productivity, risk management, and continuous improvement
