Job Description

  • Overall project management and end-to-end project implementation
  • Plan, coordinate and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion in accordance with approved timelines
  • Oversee site activities, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and relevant governing codes
  • Managing tender processes, including cost estimation, evaluation, and contract administration
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of project engineers and quantity surveyors to ensure smooth execution of site activities
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 4 years experience in project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess Class 3 License
  • Location: Various Locations, Office at Paya Lebar
  • Working Hours: Mon-Sat (8.30am to 6pm)
  • Salary Range: Up to $5000
  • Able to start immediate or on short notice
