Job Description

- Manage Scope, Project budget and Time

- Lead planning and implementation of projects

- Responsibility for assembling the project staff;
for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project

- To be part of functional discussion and solution of the project

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks/issues

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Publish necessary status and project reports to stakeholders

- Work with the client to get formal sign-off on Project completion

- Release any resources (financial or personnel) who are no longer needed for the project

- Review the work of third-party vendors or partners to close their contracts and pay their invoices

- Archive project files for future reference
