Title: Project Manager
Location: Phoeniz, AZ
Hire Type: Direct hire
Compensation: 80-110K

• Opportunity to work directly with one of the world’s largest technology companies
• Serve as a Close-Out Project Manager for complex data center construction projects
• Implement and oversee construction closeout processes from start to finish
• Perform field verification and as-built audits to ensure accuracy and quality
• Initiate and track actions required to keep construction closeout on schedule
• Maintain the highest standards of quality for all closeout deliverables
• Act as the owner’s representative and single point of contact for closeout documentation
• Manage and coordinate all closeout deliverables, including:
  • Design drawings
  • Shop drawings
  • CAD/BIM models
  • Submittals
  • Warranties and related documentation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of construction processes, project closeout, and CAD/BIM systems
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or other relevant certifications (preferred)
