Overview

The Project Manager, Planning Governance plays a pivotal role in strengthening the effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement of the Planning function. This role drives the evolution of the ISI Planning Governance Framework by leading high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that improve performance, alignment, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will champion risk‑based thinking, build strong relationships across the organization, and apply disciplined project management practices to deliver meaningful, measurable results. Your work will span benchmarking, process and documentation development, and organizational change management—ensuring Planning remains structured, efficient, and future‑ready. You will also provide program‑level project management support to Planning control account managers, enabling them to succeed through accurate progress reporting, robust change control, and informed resource planning.
